NuttZo Tahini-Coconut Milk & Granola Popsicles

DESCRIPTION

Refreshing and light on a hot summer day, the whole family will love this recipe. The granola gives it a sweet crunch and the tahini makes it extra creamy.


INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup coconut milk stirred well
2/3 cup NuttZo 5-seed Tahini Fusion
1/2 cup of your favorite granola
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Pinch of cardamom

INSTRUCTIONS

Use a flat popsicle mold for best results.
Fill each mold halfway with ice-cream mixture.
Add 1 tbsp of granola to each popsicle.
Top with the rest of the cream mixture.
Freeze for 4-8 hours depending on how cold your freezer is.
Makes 5-6 popsicles.
