¼ cup + 3 tbsp gluten free all-purpose flour
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp crunchy Peanut Pro NuttZo
¼ cup cashew milk
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut sugar
In a bowl, mash banana.
Add Peanut Pro NuttZo, milk, and vanilla to banana and stir to combine.
Add flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder to bowl and stir until combined.
Microwave 1 minute and thirty seconds.
