Roasted Cauliflower & Onions with Tahini Lemon Sauce

DESCRIPTION

Make this sauce and drizzle drizzle until you fizzle… it’s so good you’ll want to add it to every vegetable! That’s a fact.


INGREDIENTS

1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup sliced yellow onions
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon or orange zest
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves minced garlic

Sauce ingredients

3 tbsp NuttZo Tahini Fusion
1 tbsp coconut aminos or coconut sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice (squeezed from fresh lemon)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl combine cauliflower, onions, olive oil, orange zest, spices, salt, pepper and toss well. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Turn off oven, crack oven door open, and keep cauliflower inside until it’s nicely carmelized.
Combine sauce ingredients and stir well.
Place veggies on a platter and drizzle with sauce.
Devour!
