Peanut Pro NuttZo Pumpkin Spice Granola

DESCRIPTION

This super crunchy, nutty peanut butter pumpkin spice granola is the best fall granola!! Make sure to make a big batch to have throughout the week to have for a snack, breakfast or dessert.


INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 cups oats
1 cups nuts
1/2 cup pepitas
1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Peanut Pro NuttZo
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Separately mix all of the peanut butter pumpkin sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over dry ingredients and mix well until the dry ingredients are evenly coated.
Spread granola mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Stir about half way through.
Take out and let cool for at least 45 minutes to allow clumps/clusters to form!
