No Bake Power Fuel NuttZo Bars

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE CRUST:
1/2 cup Power Fuel NuttZo
1 cup dates
3/4 cup gluten-free oats
2 tbsp honey
FOR THE TOPPING:
Jam of choice
More Power Fuel NuttZo
Crushed peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE CRUST:
Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
Form into a ball, then flatten into an 8.5×8.5 square dish lined with parchment paper.
Put in freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
FOR THE TOPPING:
Cover entire crust with a thin layer of jam.
Drip ½ tsp dollops of Power Fuel NuttZo spaced evenly throughout the top.
Blend together with a knife or back of spoon.
Note: Steps B &C are just to make a fun swirl of NuttZo! You can top with the jam and Power Fuel however you like best.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
Note: Make this recipe vegan by swapping out the honey for another sticky sweetener (ex: agave or maple syrup).
