1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
¾ cup smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup large chocolate chips (dairy – free brand)
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (dairy – free brand)

2 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cup smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup large chocolate chips (dairy – free brand)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (dairy – free brand)

3 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 1/4 cup smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup large chocolate chips (dairy – free brand)
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (dairy – free brand)

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove skins from chickpeas (optional).
Blend first four ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, transfer to a mixing bowl.
3Fold in chocolate chips, and serve as is, or roll into balls for cookie dough bites!
