Buddha Bowl with NuttZo Tahini Fusion & Lemon Dressing

INGREDIENTS

Salad

1 cup cooked brown rice
1 to 2 cups mixed vegetables, fresh or roasted
2 cups greens
2 tbsp nuts and seeds

Dressing

1/3 cup NuttZo 5-seed Tahini Fusion
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp chili sauce, if you like it spicy
1 pinch sea salt
2 tbsp hot water to thin it out

INSTRUCTIONS

Start with a base of rice (or another whole grain), which can be cold or warm.
Add plant-based protein like edamame or beans.
Top with greens and veggies, and drizzle with dressing.
Sprinkle with nuts and seeds, and an optional garnish of fresh sprouts.
