INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/2 cup Crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo
3 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, and spray a mini muffin pan with olive oil spray.
Add all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend for 1 minute; scraping down the sides if necessary.
Gently fold in the cacao nibs and chocolate chips.
Fill the greased muffin tins with a heaping tbsp amount of batter, and bake in your preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly brown around the edges.
Allow the muffins to cool for 10 minutes before removing them from their molds, and store in an airtight container.
