A healthy back to school breakfast that is easy to make, requires no baking, and is full of protein, healthy fats, and our favorite chocolatey NuttZo flavor to get anyone through a long morning! (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free). Recipe b

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cereal of choice
1 scoop protein powder of choice (chocolate recommended)
½ cup Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
1/3 cup maple syrup
Dried goji berries
Bee pollen

4 cup cereal of choice
2 scoop protein powder of choice (chocolate recommended)
1 cup Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
2/3 cup maple syrup
Dried goji berries
Bee pollen

6 cup cereal of choice
3 scoop protein powder of choice (chocolate recommended)
1 1/2 cup Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
1 cup maple syrup
Dried goji berries
Bee pollen

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cereal and collagen together in a large mixing bowl, set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine NuttZo, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.
Pour melted Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo mixture over cereal, folding in goji berries and bee pollen (amount to preference) until everything is evenly coated and berries/pollen are evenly disbursed.
Pour into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes, then move and store in the fridge. Cut into 4 bars or 8 squares.
