INGREDIENTS

4 ripe Chiquita Bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Bobs Red Mill Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Chocolate Power Fuel Nuttzo
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 TBSP Ghirardelli Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chocolate Chips
1/4 tsp of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F and I used a standard loaf pan.
Combine all the wet ingredients.
Fold in dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
Mix in half of the mini chocolate chips.
Top the bread with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-40 minutes and check with a toothpick and once nothing sticks you are good to go and enjoy
