NuttZo 5-seed Tahini Fusion Hummus, Chickpea-free

We don’t know about you, but sometimes chickpeas aren’t our friend so this keeps you dipping without your tummy trippin’.


INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup NuttZo 5-seed Tahini Fusion
1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice or 1 large lemon (more to taste)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup raw cashews
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt or to taste
3 tbsp water
Olive oil, parsley and whole pine nuts to taste for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In the bowl of a food processor, combine NuttZo and lemon juice and process for one minute.
Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and process for 30 seconds more. This extra time helps whip the mixture, creating a smooth and creamy hummus.
Add olive oil, garlic, cumin, yogurt, and salt to the whipped tahini.
Process 30 seconds, scrape the sides and bottom of bowl and process another 30 seconds or until well blended.
Add half of the pine nuts and cashews to the food processor and process for 1 minute.
Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl, then add remaining pine nuts and cashews and process until thick and quite smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Add garnish if desired.
