Preheat oven to 350°F and line loaf pan and lightly grease with coconut oil.
In a mixing bowl, mash banana until smooth. Add in eggs and whisk with the bananas.
Once combined, mix in the nut butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour wet into dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until well combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes.
