1/3 cup Power Fuel NuttZo
3/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 tsp pink Himalayan salt
In a bowl, combine Power Fuel NuttZo, almond flour, maple syrup and pink salt. Mix together
Scoop around two tablespoons of batter and roll into a ball. Flatten slightly and shape into a cookie. Repeat (I made 6 total).
Make a thumbprint in the center of each. Place on a lined plate and freeze for 20 minutes or more.
Using a spoon fill each caveat with peach jam or jam of choice. Refrigerate.
