12oz white chocolate
¼ cup Peanut Pro NuttZo
½ tbsp coconut oil
Dried unsweetened cranberries
In a pan on the stove, melt the white chocolate over low heat.
Line an 8.5×8.5 baking dish with aluminum foil.
Combine Peanut Pro NuttZo and coconut oil in a small dish and microwave until coconut oil has melted, stir to combine.
When the white chocolate is fully melted, pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
Pour Peanut Pro NuttZo mixture over the chocolate in parallel lines, then use the back of a spoon to swirl.
Sprinkle with cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
Refrigerate until fully solidified.
