1 can black beans rinsed
3 tbsp. Peanut Pro NuttZo
⅔ cup cacao powder
1 flax egg(1 tbsp ground flax +3 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
¾ cup coconut sugar
½ cup maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
non-dairy chocolate chips- don’t blend these!
Preheat oven to 350 and line or grease a brownie pan.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and smooth out.
Bake for around 30 minutes depending on your oven.
Best served warm with or without vegan vanilla ice-cream 🙂
