Cheers to the fudgiest thing you will ever eat that is not actual fudge.  Not only are these muffins melt-in-your-mouth delicious, but they are also made with nutritious ingredients, which means you can have them for breakfast, lunch, or a midnight snack guilt free! NuttZo Mini - Muffins

NuttZo Mini – Muffins

3 ripe bananas
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chickpea flour
½ cup cacao or cocoa powder
¼ cup crunchy Peanut Pro NuttZo OR Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
1 tbsp agave (optional)


Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into greased mini muffin pan.
Optional: drizzle with extra Peanut Pro NuttZo OR Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo on top.
Bake 13 minutes (if making mini muffins – will need to increase the time if making full size).
Let cool before removing from pan.
