These are not your average granola bars. A perfect chewy texture, loaded with toppings, and anything but boring – a great treat made with nutritious ingredients, so you can feel good about eating it for breakfast, as an afternoon pick-me-up, or even a midnight snack! FOR THE CRUST:
Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
Form into a ball, then flatten into an 8.5×8.5 square dish lined with parchment paper.
Put in freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
FOR THE TOPPING:
Cover entire crust with a thin layer of jam.
Drip ½ tsp dollops of Power Fuel NuttZo spaced evenly throughout the top.
Blend together with a knife or back of spoon.
Note: Steps B &C are just to make a fun swirl of NuttZo! You can top with the jam and Power Fuel however you like best.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
Note: Make this recipe vegan by swapping out the honey for another sticky sweetener (ex: agave or maple syrup).
