INGREDIENTS

1 cup smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
1 egg
1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted

2 cup smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
2 egg
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

3 cup smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
3 egg
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Add your egg and brown sugar into a large bowl and whisk
until fully combined.
To this bowl, add in your Peanut Pro NuttZo, vanilla, and salt. Using a wooden spoon, mix until this is combined.
Let dough chill in the fridge for 20-25 minutes.
Once done chilling, remove and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or
parchment paper.
Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop about 1 tbsp worth of dough into
your hands and gently roll it into a ball. Place it on the baking sheet. Repeat until
dough is used up.
Using the back of your spoon, gently press the cookies down to flatten them into
a more “cookie” like shape.
Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Once done, let them
sit on the pan cooling for about 5 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack.
Once on the cooling rack, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring
each time until smooth. Drizzle chocolate generously on top of the cookies and add a pinch of salt on top if desired. Enjoy while hot! Store in Tupperware in room temperature for up to 3 days.
