1 + 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup smooth Power Fuel NuttZo
10 medjool dates
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp water (if needed)
Remove pits from medjool dates.
Add ingredients to a food processor. Process until a sticky dough forms. If the dates aren’t fresh and soft, you’ll need to add 2 tbsp water for the dough to stick together.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Then, toss them in hemp seeds, chia seeds, or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
