1 cup coconut flour
1 ¼ cup Keto Butter
1 cup keto friendly chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
1 tsp Stevia
1 tbsp coconut oil
Combine coconut flour, stevia, and Keto Butter into a bowl, stir until well combined.
Pat mixture into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper, and press down to form the bottom layer.
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl, and microwave until melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top of nut butter layer.
Freeze for one hour.
Remove from freezer and let soften to cut, but store in the freezer for serving.
