Bacon Peanut Butter Burger (Makes 6 burgers)

1 lb. of lean beef (turkey, or chicken will work)
¼ tsp of salt- to taste
¼ tsp of pepper- to taste
1 garlic clove, grated
1 Tbsp. of honey
12 slices of cooked bacon (I used 2 for each burger)
1 Tbsp. of olive oil
Nuttzo seven seed and nut butter
1 Tbsp. of jelly (any kind, I used blackberry)
Hamburger buns

Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and honey and form into 6 patties.
Heat 1 TBSP of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook patties to desired “doneness” (I cooked mine 4 minutes on each side, it depends on how rare you want them)
When the burgers are just about done, add 1 Tbsp. of Nuttzo on top.
Take the bottom half of the bun and put jelly on it.
