Power Fuel NuttZo Energy Bars

These chewy bars are rich in fiber + antioxidants + good fats + vitamins and the best part is that they are so easy to make and only take about 10 minutes! Make a big batch of them over the weekend for your meal prep to have throughout your busy week.


1 + 1/4 cup rolled oats.

1/2 cup smooth Power Fuel NuttZo

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup mashed banana

Cashews + peanuts + chocolate chips sugar-free + sunflower seeds + dried raisins


Add all the ingredients into a bowl, use your hands to mix all the ingredients very well.

Spoon this mixture into a rectangular/square cake pan that is lined with baking paper, press it down as firmly as possible. (this step is important – it will prevent the bars from falling apart)

Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before slicing.

When sliced, wrap each bar in a grease-proof paper or cling film and place them in a zip-lock bag.
