Peanut Pro and Jelly Thumbprint Cookies

A chewy and soft Peanut Pro NuttZo
cookie filled with a naturally sweetened raspberry jam brings our favorite flavor combo to a whole new level (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free). Recipe by Donut Worry, Be Healthy .


¾ cup crunchy Peanut Pro NuttZo

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1 egg

½ tsp baking soda

Dash of salt

Chia jam


Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine all ingredients (except jam) into a bowl and stir until well combined.

Roll into small balls of dough, and on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper press into them with your index finger to create a well for the jam.

Pour a dollop of jam into each well.

Bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
