Flourless Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Cookies

We LOVE cookies and these yummy ones made by the talented Georgie, who blogs at in it 4 the long run are the perfect sweet treat for you and your family after a long day! Serve these delicious cookies with a cold glass of milk and life is REALLY good!

Ingredients

1 Cup Nuttzo

½ Cup of Coconut Sugar

1 Medium Egg

1 Tbsp of Molasses

½ tsp of Powdered Ginger

½ Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º F

In a medium sized mixing bowl beat together nut butter, coconut sugar, 1 egg, molasses and powdered ginger until a dough forms

Mix in dark chocolate chips

Store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so dough firms up

On a greased baking tray, roll dough into 1½" balls

Bake for 10-15 minutes

Cookies will be very soft out of the oven and firm as they cool

Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks
