Who doesn't love GRANOLA? We love the crunch, the sweetness, and how it makes your kitchen smell DELISH! We also love that you can pretty much add it to everything or just eat it straight out of the oven! Check out this yummy Nuttzo recipe by our V.I.P Ambassador Katie Hynes! Let us know if you make it and what you pair it with...ENJOY!

  • Yields: 20 (1/2 cup each)

2 ½ cups oats

1 cup almond meal

1 cup pecans, chopped

½ cup pumpkin seeds

½ tsp sea salt

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

½ cup Nuttzo (Katie used Power Fuel)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple extract

2 Tbsp melted coconut oil

2 Tbsp water

Optional add-in: 1 cup dried cherries

Preheat oven to 300F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix all dry ingredients (except coconut flakes) in a large bowl.

Combine all wet ingredients in the food processor and blend. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Very tough! Use your hands if needed to mix and crumble.

Spread and press down onto sheets. Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and flip the granola using a spatula. Now add the coconut flakes. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes. Each oven is different, so watch for too much browning.

Let cool for 15 minutes and try not to eat it all in one setting!
