These NO BAKE maple pancake bites, from the infamous Lindsay Cotter are a fun twist on ordinary pancakes. They are a great way to use up your favorite pancake batter without having to cook, whether it be buttermilk batter or vegan pancake batter. All you need is maple syrup, nut butter, and banana chips! What we love about these bites is that they are so versatile. You can really use any flavor of pancake batter (vegan or paleo or whatever) and combine it with your favorite pancake mix-ins or toppings. Thanks Lindsay for another great recipe!
