In a bowl combine cauliflower, onions, olive oil, orange zest, spices, salt, pepper and toss well. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Turn off oven, crack oven door open, and keep cauliflower inside until it’s nicely carmelized.
Combine sauce ingredients and stir well.
Place veggies on a platter and drizzle with sauce.
