4 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk; separated
6x Bold BiteZ of choice
3/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
6 tbsp smooth Peanut Pro NuttZo
6 tbsp dried goji berries
3/4 cup unsweetened freeze dried blueberries
6 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk; separated
In a food processor/blender, blend together the goji berries and freeze-dried blueberries.
Add 1 tbsp of cashew milk, and process until the mixture comes together and forms a thick paste; scoop into a small bowl and refrigerate until you’re ready to use.
Wash and dry food processor/blender before blending together the Bold BiteZ, oatmeal, Peanut Pro NuttZo, and the last tbsp of cashew milk until a dough forms.
To form the Bliss Balls, take about a tsp of the goji blueberry mixture, and roll into a small ball.
Next, take the Peanut Pro NuttZo, flatten it into a pancake-like disk in the palm of your hand, and wrap it around the goji blueberry bite to make one larger ball.
Repeat until all of the mixture is used up, and refrigerate! Yields about 10 small Bliss Balls.
