Kale & Quinoa Salad with NuttZo 5-Seed Tahini Fusion Dressing

A delicious salad that tastes even better the next day! It’s great for meal preps.



Combine juice from half a lemon with sunflower seeds, salt, parsley and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add this mixture to cooled quinoa.
Remove stems from kale and massage with 1 tbsp olive oil and the juice of one lemon for 2-3 minutes. Don’t skip this step! It makes the kale tender and cuts the bitterness.
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
Add quinoa mixture to kale and drizzle with dressing. Garnish with lemon slices, parsley and tomatoes.
