Date Free Power Fuel NuttZo Fudge Bites

These Power Fuel Nuttzo Fudge Bites require a lot of will power to not eat ALL of them in one sitting! They are a delicious and a healthy sweet treat to have anytime of day. A little nutty Nuttzo FACT: This recipe was created by one of our #NuttZoFANATICS who lives all the way in Australia!

INGREDIENTS

3 T Power Fuel Nuttzo
1/4 T ghee
3 T coconut butter
2 drops of vanilla sweet leaf stevia Or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 T coconut flour
2 of mixed nuts (1/2 cup cashews – 1/2 cup pecans -1/4 cup walnuts – 2 Tbsp Almonds – 2 Tbsp Hazelnuts. Feel free to use any combination you like )
1 tsp life cykle lions mane + maca (or use foursigmatics + 1 tsp maca)
1/2 T almond milk
1 tsp naked paleo ‘sreishi chai mix (sub 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger + a pinch each of nutmeg, cardamom, cloves & black pepper – or just use all spice)
Optional step – toast nuts for 5-10mins @ 175’C/350’F for 5-10 mins until fragrant

6 of mixed nuts (1 1/2 cup cashews – 1 1/2 cup pecans -1/12 cup walnuts – 6 tbsp Almonds – 6 tbsp Hazelnuts. Feel free to use any combination you like )
3 tsp life cykle lions mane + maca (or use foursigmatics + 3 tsp maca)
1 1/2 T almond milk
3 tsp naked paleo ‘sreishi chai mix (sub 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp ginger + a pinch each of nutmeg, cardamom, cloves & black pepper – or just use all spice)
Optional step – toast nuts for 5-10mins @ 175’C/350’F for 5-10 mins until fragrant

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until it comes together to form a dough ( keep an eye on it, if you blend for to long you’ll end up with nut butter which, will still be delicious but, is not what we want to make these amaze-balls) .
Roll into balls (I got 16 using 1 Tbsp for each) and freeze for 30-45 mins until firm .
