Strawberry-Chia Jam and NuttZo Sandwich

An old time childhood favorite with a NuttZo twist of course!

Strawberry Chia Jam

1 lb of fresh strawberries

1T organic chia seeds (I use Salba Chia Seeds)

juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 packets of Organic Stevia

Put everything in your vitamin/blender/food processor and pulse until chopped but not pureed. Then let stand for 10 minutes until chia seeds absorb some strawberry juices.

Strawberry Chia jam

Toast your favorite bread/english muffin- I enjoy gluten free.

Add your favorite NuttZo on one and top with a scoop of Strawberry-Chia jam!

Smack the top on and enjoy! Finger licking good!!
