We’ve put a fresh twist on an old favorite and it’s delicious…and healthy!! NuttZo test-kitchen approved! Happy Thanksgiving, fanatics!

1/2 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
blend and press into 8×8 pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.

pie filling:
1/2 cup NuttZo (any flavor!)
1/2 cup organic pumpkin
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
1/2 tsp salt

blend, pour, bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
