NuttZo Guilt Free Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 3 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2T NuttZo PF
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup skim milk (more if you like thinner pancakes)
  • ¼ cup NuttZo
Directions

In a large bowl:  sift together the flour and baking soda.

In a blender add: yogurt, NuttZo PF, egg, and milk; Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Pour mixture into bowl.  Mix well with wooden spoon.

Heat (medium high) griddle and coat with cooking spray.

Pour or scoop batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4C for each pancake; brown on both sides.

Add 1/2T of NuttZo to each pancake and serve.

While enjoying, close your eyes and imagine you’re sitting at the table with your grandmother. Peaceful bliss!
