NuttZo’s Himalayan Truffles

DESCRIPTION
Great for pre/post workout, as well as with a glass of vino at the end of your day.
Ingredients- 1/3 c. raw cashews or almonds ground into a fine powder
- 1T Himalayan Goji Berries ground
- 1/2T Raw Mesquite Powder
- 1/4c PF
- 1/4c NuttZo Original
- 1/8c mini dark choc chips
- 1/3c Bob’s Red Mill Muesli
- 1T honey
Mix all ingredients with your hands. Roll into 8 small balls. Refrigerate them for at least 3 hours in a closed container. Then roll each ball in cocoa powder and enjoy!
