Pumpkinlicious Protein Truffles

These are great to make on the weekend and have on hand all week for quick portable primal protein or just to satisfy a sweet tooth the HEALTHY way.

  • 6 scoops GNC Lean Shake Vanilla
  • 1 cup Creamy Chocolate NuttZo
  • 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar or honey
  • 6 Tbsp. flax seed
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all together in a large bowl. Break off small pieces and roll into balls. Eat plain or roll in cocoa powder, unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped nuts or chocolate chips. Store in the freezer or fridge.
