If you bought it at a store then please return it to the same store.

Whole Foods Market return policy states “If you are unsatisfied with a product due to unusual taste or consistency, please return it to your local Whole Foods Market for a full refund or exchange.” For more information click here.

For online orders, we accept returns if you still have the jar of NuttZo, order #, and the product was found to be damaged in some way or if it is the wrong item.
